BLOODFRENZY, I was being sarcastic, man! I was making fun of how by and large, consumers feel they're entitled the moon and stars. Yes, corporations should back their products but by no means should a corporation be threatened to bend over backwards for
every back and call. "Microsoft! I want X, Y, Z and your first born child or I'm going to file with the BBB!!!"

No matter the company, no matter its reputation or if it is has a "PERFECT" PR department, consumers will nitpick at EVERYTHING just to find something to complain about, including misconstruing confirmed information and making an out of this world assumption.

SO! No matter what, tons of people will be angry. But why wouldn't a company want to announce that such a cool program is going to continue on the Xbox One with details coming at a later date? Of course it's meant to be part of a selling point but that selling
point wasn't claiming that the program would be continuing IMMEDIATELY upon launch or within its launch window.

And who bloodly ISN'T suing McDonalds. It was a point that consumers will find ANYTHING to complain about.

 

They said (Hryb) IN 2014 they will add the 2 free games for X1

wrong the ps4 has had resogun,dont starve, contrast and on feb 5th ps4 gets fp horror outlast with ps plus

You get Warframe aswell for free.

That's recently been rumoured to be coming to Xbox One aswell.

 

They have games to give away, they aint guna do it whilst people are willing to pay for them tho.

 

And you get the excellent war thunder as well

 

Don't Starve, Resogun, Contrast, Outlast, Playroom, Warframe, War Thunder, Blacklight Retribution, DC Universe Online, Zen Pinball 2, Pinball Arcade. All free.

But I will say this, I am a little envious about Blacklight, wanted to play it on my PC but it's yet another bloody keyboard spammer so haven't touched it. I'd love to get my hands on it with a controller. I might raid my buddy's house for an hour just to
give it a go, only to silently disappear without a trace I was there. *Hmmm*

 

Llordy 25 you forgot to add Ace Combat to that list also, i can't understand why every thread on here has to turn into a flaming war of types when all i type is actual true ?

 

A "PC port" is brand new to a console gamer. A port is better than no game at all.

I had to check to make sure this wasn't an old post from December. Yes, Sony has offered more than Resogun. We got both Resogun and Contrast for November/December, Don't Starve for January, and we're getting Outlast (I'm so stoked for this one. Hell, I was
stoked when I learned it was coming to PS4 as I don't have a Windows machine to play it with) for February. And Sony when they announced PS+ for PS4 said they were going to offer a game a month for it (at some point we'll get Drive Club whenever it comes out
which is the next one I'm excited to get that I know is coming). Though I will admit they kinda cheated for Nov/Dec but since they gave us two games at once you could probably just say both were for those two months.

 

First off, they don't need to give away retail games. They can give away dlc games, like that classy golf game or lococycle that no one buys. Sony managed to launch the PS4 with 2 free dlc games, Contrast and Resogun, the latter of which is excellent and
was brand new when it launched on the PS4 for free. Sony also gave a 1-month subscription to Playstation Plus, so everyone could get those games free for at least a month, and a $10 credit to the online store. So MS is VERY much able to give free games. They
just choose to nickel and dime consumers to death, whereas the competition believes in giving you value for your money. And while XBL is much better than PSN, I'll take free NEWER games anyday over a streamlined web portal.

Look... I get that you drank the Kool Aid, but don't make others feel stupid from your answer, which is very ignorant in itself. If MS is gonna go by their normal M.O. with Games For Gold, we won't see a free game on XB1 for at least another year or two. Because
they only give away games that almost everybody already owns, or wouldn't touch with a 10ft pole that are a few years old.

I've been an XBL Gold member for 11 years now, and a PS+ member for 3 yrs.. So I'm not just some fanboy spouting off at the mouth. I own 6 games for my XB1 and only Killzone for my PS4 (not including the 3 free dlc games for being a Plus member). I can't stand
watching MS butcher my favored platform all in the name of greed. And that's why I don't like people trying to justify their selfishly, crooked behavior like it's the norm... CAUSE IT'S NOT!
