For the $3.45 per month I pay for Live, don't expect a lot of free games...just good service in the server/communication/regular updates departments. I personally think they should branch off GWG into a subscription program separate from live.

 

Todi, I don't see any positive reason for them to do something like that - it's just easier to keep it all under one subscription because it adds value to said subscription.

As for what 24 said about 1 game a month, I agree.

^ This x 1000. Just one of the reasons I could have cared less if GWG had ever came to the One. It was bad enough watching everyone complain monthly on the 360 about the garbage that
was offered. Now we get to see complainers every month on the One. These people who thought they were gonna see titles like Ryse or DR3 on GWG for the One are insane. I expect most of the GWG offerings on the One to be garbage from the ID@Xbox Program. We're
already starting to see some of this garbage show up. Sixty Second Shooter Prime, Outlast, Zombie Driver Ultimate Edition, R.B.I. Baseball 14, Another World 20th Anniversary Edition, and Contrast are the start of what I think will be future GWG on the One.
(basically anything that's cheap) This is just my opinion.

 

GG....thing is, I don't want Microsoft to use the money I pay for services to be used on games. If I wanted a subscription service then I want to be able to choose when and which games to rent. If their other services degrade, or if they raise rates...then
I will wonder if these "free games" are impacting what I expect from my fees.

 

When did I ever question the quality of the games given out? I dont really care if its an indie game or a AAA game or something in between. Clearly Goth and Reed cant read properly and want to nitpick on one part of my OP. To be completely honest Im fine
with no free games, I can buy my own, but when the same game is being given out for two consecutive months I have to call into question if this is how it will be from now on or if the program was started too early.

 

Having some of the games 2 months a row, is fine at the moment. The GWG just started up for the X1, so it will take some time for the games to be changed and implemented.

 

You guys just fight and argue about this all the time. We have GWG to compete against PSN+, It was never from the kindess of anyones heart. Strangely enough, I got a stupid Sam and Max game for free with PSn+ back when it started, I just can't delete it
from my trophy list damn it. The halo twin stick shooter is fun though, would you agree?

 

No I cant agree RedEye. That halo game is rubbish in my opinion.

 

Free is Free. They don't even have to give us anything. So be happy they do and enjoy what we have and what we get. Thanks for the games Microsoft.

 

I think it's along time to wait for another title, especially if you're like me and don't get all the free games, I only download what appeals to me, I can go months without getting any of the Games With Gold, I would still like to see a choice, give us
the choice of three and let us pick one.
