Games with Gold - Xbox One Version

I was excited when MS introduced this feature and have to say I have enjoyed many of the games offered through it......on the 360. Just finished Red Faction and will start the Sniper V2 game soon.

What is up with the Xbox One version of this program?? I thought the available games were going to change twice a month (or at least once a month) but this Worms Battleground game has been the primary game for over a month now. I did try to play it and
it was, in my opinion, horrible. Does anyone know when it's planned to make something else available?

Missing Game with Gold

That didn't work, the games with gold version of Rayman Legends was Xbox One only. Can't find One games in the DL history there. Thanks though.

 

It has been clearly stated by MS that the X1 will get one GWG each month, the previous GWG will be available for a month after. #IDARB was the Feb game, Worms the January game, and so on. Until the game library on the X1 gets as large as the 360, nothing
will be changing.

 

Xbox one library isn't as big as Xbox 360....And on Xbox 360,GWG was available 8 years after console launch.

About the quality,it's a question of taste.

This month it's Rayman Legends...which is not bad,even for "free".

 

Once I gave Worms a chance, it turned out to be not a bad game at all. I download Rayman last night, haven't tried it yet, still creeping around on Alien.

 

Yop, but some shinny light,happy music and some kid jokes in the narrative are so relaxing.

 

also remember that apparently gwg on the xbox one will include 2 games per month from april, that is 2 fresh games per month, not one rolling over from the previous month.

I don't think it's officially been announced yet, but there was a page that was leaking on ExpertZone about this month's games with gold that also mentioned that they would be releasing double the amount of games in April for an anniversary I believe.

 

I can't remember in which thread it was but it was posted on these forums in the last few days that there is going to be double the amount of games in April.

I think there's been some decent titles so far on GWG and at the end of the day, if you try them, don't like them what have you lost, just the time to download the game.

The trouble also with GWG, even if they released 2 'AAA' titles for us to download for free, quite a few of the people that have already purchased the games will no doubt complain ... "Typical, I already paid for them" ...

No matter what is released, it will be more or less impossible to please everyone all of the time.

 

Thanks for all the feedback everyone. I thought the program was more like 360 where the games would be changed up twice a month and it seemed like I had tried many 360 games and when I went to look at the One side, all I ever saw was Worms. Guess I should
research instead of making assumptions. Looking forward to April when they will be releasing double the games.
