    I have redeemed my membership tonight and then adjusted my region so it indicates where I live now and not when created my original account. When I try to download the Xbox One game with gold it does not pick up that I have Gold membership and attempts
    to charge me for the game.

    Please help

    Cant download 360 Games on Games with Gold even though i have a credit card connected to my account.

    I have a Xbox Live Gold account on my Xbox one and i can download and play all Xbox One Games taht are offered free with Games with Gold. But when i try to download the free xbox 360 titles, it says "this purchase channel requires a billing account". I have
    paypal AND a credit card linked to my account. How can i get access to the Xbox 360 Games? When i try to download them from the store, the store wants to charge me the usual price for the titles, even though golden letters above the pricetag say "FREE WITH
    XBOX GOLD".

    Xbox One Free Games Problem

    For whatever reason I cannot download free games with xbox live gold despite having xbox live gold. It defaults to other payments options and will not for the life of me allow me to download a free gold game. Has this happened to anyone else on Xbox One?
    If so, how could I fix this? I see my friends currently on Evolve, but I cannot join them because I can't get the free game even with my gold membership that expires in december 2017.

    As previously mentioned, the Xbox One allows users to "purchase" Xbox 360 Games with Gold through mimicking the Xbox.com store. This means you will have to have a Valid Payment method on file, to download these games. Even though Games with Gold are free*,
    they are listed as $0.00. This means a transaction must take place to download the games. The only way to bypass this is to download directly to an Xbox 360.

    in order to download Games with Gold for free, you will need a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, any free trials will not count as Gold to allow purchasing those Games with Gold games for free

    Be aware that you need a paid xbox live gold subscription to allow you to download those for free.

    What exactly is the issue with your £6.00, since I don't really understand the question.

    subscription remains active; the Xbox 360 games are yours to keep for free forever even if your subscription expires. Games with Gold can be obtained with a subscription to Xbox Live Gold, but can’t be obtained with a prepaid code trial membership for 2-14
