Hallo zusammen! Unsere Familie hat eine Xbox One mit 3 Accounts: 1 Erwachsener, 2 Kinder.

Eines der Kinder hat Live Gold abonniert. Dieses Kind kann problemlos Games with Gold auf die Xbox herunterladen, allerdings nur die Games für die Xbox One. Bei den Games für die Xbox 360 (jetzt gerade Cars 2) kommt eine Fehlermeldung, dass dieser Content
(FSK 6) nur mit einem "adult account" bezogen werden kann.

Ich selbst kann als Erwachsener mit meinem Account aber überhaupt keine Games with Gold runterladen, nur spielen, wenn sie auf der Xbox installiert sind.

Habe also im Account des Kindes Einkaufen erlaubt, Zahlungsinformationen hinterlegt und sogar sämtliche Sperren auf FSK 18 hochgesetzt. Trotzdem verlangt Microsoft immer noch einen "adult account".
