Games with Gold with Xbox Live Gold isn't working

Hello. I've got a problem associated to my Xbox Live Gold account. So I've got Gold Status but I can't download games for free from the Games with Gold program.What you can do to solve this problem?

Problem with Xbox Live Gold

Hi

I have Xbox Live Gold until July/2017, but isn't working.

I can't download the games "Free with Gold", I can't play online because I don't have the permission required.

Any help?

Gamesharing Xbox live gold not working

Hey, so I'm gamesharing with my buddy and he had to change banks so his Xbox live gold didn't renew. The Xbox live gold has been renewed and it still isn't working on my Xbox. (My Xbox is set as his accounts home Xbox)

Can someone help

Is this the account you're trying to use? You're not showing as gold here. You may want to check your subscriptions at
Sign in to your Microsoft account to make sure it does show that you should have gold. If it does, or it shows any errors, you'll need to contact support. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're in the US/Canada or htp://support.xbox.com/contact-us

I don't understand... because on my Xbox it shows that I have Gold Status on my account. I don't know how to write a message into the Technical Support of Xbox or Microsoft.

P.S. On the Microsoft site, under "Subscription:" it is written: "3-month subscription to Xbox Live Gold with prepayment", so what's the problem?

Xbox live Gold Membership isn't a contract, I didn't sign paper work for it and it isn't a creditor they don't run a credit company.

Hi, I'd first recommend visiting http://account.microsoft.com/services and logging in with the account that has the subscription to make sure it shows up there. If the subscription shows, I'd try removing
the account with gold from the console, then performing a power cycle on the console, then re-adding it back. Note that you'll need to know the email and password associated with the account you're removing/adding, so only try this if you know that information.
