Games with gold. What's available

I am unable to see what games are free or what deals there are.

On the console there is no link to games with gold anywhere.

On the Web site it keeps telling me to Join Today while I already have a subscription.

So what do I do?

Xbox live gold is not working !!

I purchased xbox live gold subscription for 1 month .. the free games and the deals is available but I can't play any game online .. it keeps saying join xbox live gold .. so what's the problem? Please help ..

It "officially" begins July, but we can download a bonus game right now through June 30. Also says that games will not be revealed in advance, so we'll need to keep checking to see what's available.

While the above post helped me out now, it is not a solution.

How can I see what games are available without having to ask? Also - how do I see what games are available in my region - MajorNelson does not list the alternatives, just the US releases.

Why did microsoft remove the ease of browsing from the XBOX?

 

On the console the dashboard refreshes everytime you open it. So the ad may not be on the main screen everytime you look. You can try going to Browse Games and see if it shows up there.

On the website you would have to go here -
www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold It will still tell you to Join Today, but if you scroll down it will show you the available games.

 

Most triple a titles will be region locked

There is no alternatives unless the region itself doesn't have the game then an alternative is offered to that region without the game

You would still have to have an account region that matched your actual region for the best experience with Xbox live

It's not that it iing available in your region it's the regions content isnt available to non region people

 

I still have a problem. Even knowing what the game is, I cannot search for it within the console - it is as if the game does not exist.

Works on the web site - which reduces the user experience because I now need to go through the additional hassle of using the web site which is painfully slow.

Considering cutting my loses and just cancelling the Gold membership at this point - consoles are supposed to be amusing fun, not painful kludgy work.

 

If the game does not show on your console, that usually means it is not available in your region. When you're checking the website also make sure it is showing you the correct region hy checking the bottom left of the page.

 

Yep if it isn't showing in youriconsole it is probably not showing because it's not available

The marketplace on the website showed the US content first hence why you would have to select your region to see what is available in your regional marketplace

the console completely avoids that
