Games with Gold: unable to get Sleeping Dogs

Hi there.

When I try to get Sleeping Dogs using my LIVE Gold Account the following message appears:

"Desculpe. Este conteúdo não está disponível para consoles na sua região." // Sorry. This content is not available to consoles in your region.

I own an european Xbox 360 console but I do live in Brazil (account and region are both set to Brazil). Can anyone please help me with this matter?

I was able to download the previous Games with Gold contents with no problems at all.

Just Cause 2 possibly the free game for the 1st January

It's not going to be Just Cause 2. The Games for Gold games are Sleeping Dogs and Lara Croft and the Guardian of Light.

Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition doesn't load

Does anyone else have this issue with Sleeping Dogs Definitive Edition for Xbox One? Whenever I try to start the game I get the Sleeping Dogs logo but then it just goes back to the xbox one home page. I have tried uninstalling and re downloading but always the same, Ive always had this problem since I got the game when it was on games with gold. I contacted microsoft and they say that my license is correct and that as I have Xbox Live Gold I should have no problems playing it so they said the problem is with the developer. Anyone else had this issue with Sleeping Dogs, or any other game.

Thanks for any input.

that msg means you are using an out of region console with inregion content

this is why you should always buy consoles or content from your actual region

Your account's region isn't matching the region of your physical. I had the exact same message. I asked the support maybe it's a problem with my account, because my account is set in USA, and I live in Saudi Arabia. I've tried redeeming a 1 month Xbox Live
Gold on the Saudi Arabian account (my old account), and I've tried downloading Sleeping Dogs, and it gave me absolutely no errors. Check your account's region, and the physical region again.

sleeping dog's is a very good game. you should get it. if you like the GTA games, you will like sleeping dog's.

Sleeping Dogs this months Games with Gold and really like the look of it after taking it for a wee spin yesterday. A decent game again. They seem to be getting better.
