Games with gold trying to charge for 360

When i try to take advantage of games with gold 360 titles only it attempts to charge me if i continue. This actually happened before, i have a frontal lobe brain hemorrhage and get confused. Before i didnt notice, went through with it never could resolve
through customer service, explanation : "well it went through as free then you repurchased a few seconds later again and this time it charged you." No explanation of how i crammed two copies on the same machine or why anyone in their right mind would want
an extra copy on the same machine they had to pay for. Infuriating . I had to dispute it with cc company along with yet another microsft invalid charge for a game never installed or played. This issue went away by itself, but now its back. I really wish
i hadnt just bought another 12 month gold card in July as im pretty close to switching to PS4 or quitting gaming. My life is confusing enough with a traumatic brain injury without microsoft constantly misleading me and trying to stick with charges for things
they claim to offer for free. Also there is no real valid way of dealing with this other than spending all afternoon trying to compose in diminshed capacity and hoping someone throws you a bone. You guys must really think you can treat customers anyway you
want if you think im renewing this card or for that matter buying anything of microsoft ever again. Evidently you can spend hours in chats, phone calls and writing in forums just to be told "the charge is valid, you got your free copy then bought a copy",
or "yes i understand you never installed or played the game, but someone must of clicked that purchase button at some point". I thought they begun installing as soon as you click purchase unless there's not enough room ? I would rather live in the dark ages
than continue to prosper a company that treats customers in this fashion then compounds by ignoring complaints and issues like they dont exist except in my mind when i bring to their attention. I realize i'm only hurting myself and they'll continue to prosper
regardless, but that's on the rest of you. Dont get me started on his vaccine, i bet he doesnt take it.....whatever
