Games with Gold: Tomb Raider - Can't Redeem

Says "Gold Exclusive Price FREE" next to Tomb Raider in the store, but still charging me $19.99 to add to my account. I was able to add Rayman Legends for free however. Is this a glitch and how do I fix?

Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider + Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack

sry for my bad english. I bought the Xbox One Bundle Rise of the Tomb Raider. I got the Tomb Raider 2013 and Rise of the Tomb Raider but i didnt get the dlc
Tactical Survival Kit Content Pack. The Redeem card have only one key and this is the game Rise of the Tomb Raider and no code for the dlc.

I hope you can help me with my problem.

 

Still not working even though Tomb Raider is featured on the Games with Gold page and listed as "FREE" in the store. I'm gonna be *** off if this doesn't work, cause I just redeemed my 12-month subscription card today even though my 360 red-ringed a couple
weeks ago, only to add Tomb Raider to my account since I saw it was listed as free.

 

The game changed today to bioshock.

The dashboard may not have updated yet.

It is showing up as "Free" for me when I check it: marketplace.xbox.com/.../66acd000-77fe-1000-9115-d80253510802

 

I can`t tell, it shows as already purchased.

I know bioshock is now free though as i have been downloading it for the last 6 hours, almost at 50%???

 

Showing as already purchased for me also. I purchased it on the 1st day it was available. Not the last day or the cross over day between titles

 

Thanks for responding. I knew yesterday was the last day for Tomb Raider, which is why I was getting worried about it. I spoke to customer support through chat and we were unable to get it to work through the web store. He suggested I try through the xbox
but it is currently out of commission with "red ring of death" syndrome.

Our conversation ended with the suggestion that I should fix my xbox and try through the console. I was about to try this (I had already fixed 2 red-rings on the console prior) but decided I would give it one more shot through the web store and it finally
let me do the transaction for free. I don't know what changed but I was eventually able to get it after about 3 hours of trying.
