Discus and support games with gold tile, ads, not showing up on right hand side of dashboard in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; so, yesterday I logged off after an all day session in andromeda, all was well, had my games with gold tile, ads etc.. today I logged on, dashboard...     games with gold tile, ads, not showing up on right hand side of dashboard


    so, yesterday I logged off after an all day session in andromeda, all was well, had my games with gold tile, ads etc..

    today I logged on, dashboard loads all nice and proper...except I can see more of my wallpaper than is normal.

    the games with gold tile and the ads below it? are missing.

    I've power cycled the system, I've cleared the cache by letting it sit unplugged for 10 minutes, and I even did the r+L+y command to refresh/reload the dashboard.

    the games with gold tile and ads are still missing.

    I...must confess to be at a loss for what else I can possibly attempt here to fix this.

    xbox one- how to find on sale games and games with gold ?

    You should see 3 tiles on the right side of the Home screen with ads. The bottom tile generally takes you to the gold specials.

    No "Games for Gold" section after signing in?

    I recently got my XBox and connected it to my older game profile I already had (created during the days of Games for Windows) and coupled it to my LIVE account.

    However, I constantly experience the following issue:

    BEFORE I sign in with my profile:

    When showing the "XBox home" meny in the dashboard the tile/section for "Games for Gold" is showing as expected.

    AFTER I sign in with my profile:

    When showing the "XBox home" meny in the dashboard the tile/section for "Games for Gold" has vanished and pretty much the very same sections/tiles are showing up all the time. I.e. they never ever change.

    First if I sign out the "XBox home" meny shows the actual tiles.

    Bug or feature?

    How to see the special and scales tab in xbox 1?

    When you're at Home on the dashboard, you should see 3 tiles on the right. You should see one that will take you to the gold member's area for games with gold and deals with gold. Other promotions should show as another tile.

    When you go to the Store section, promotions will pop up on the top as well.

    The One doesn't have a specific sales and specials tab like the 360.

    On the dashboard of the console where it shows gold deals (it may show free play days right now) go there and you should see a tile to claim your Ultimate gifts.

    Sign in on your console if you haven't already;

    Go to the dashboard;

    Select the Games tab;

    Select the Browse Games tile;

    Select the free with gold / Games with Gold tile

    Select the tile that shows the current Games with Gold game;

    Follow on screen instructions to download game to your console.

    If I'm understanding this correctly, both have gold and both have their own 360? You haven't done anything wrong, not all dashboards are the same for each person and, if I recall correctly, aren't able to be customized. If the free game isn't showing up
    on the dashboard you'll need to go over to the games tab on the dashboard and select the 'Browse Games' tile. This will take you to a new screen and one of the tiles on this screen should be the free game for gold.
