Discus and support Games With Gold (Theros) Will not download. Keeps saying Stopped when I try to install in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; It says its available from 01/16-02/15 and this is the first game i have ever had trouble downloading.     Games With Gold (Theros) Will not download. Keeps saying Stopped when I try to install


    It says its available from 01/16-02/15 and this is the first game i have ever had trouble downloading. Anyone else having this issue? Can you think of anything i might be doing wrong? It allowed me to go through the purchase protocol and cilck install
    but just keeps stopping

    Cannot download games with gold

    Whenever i try to download a games with gold i get a message saying instalation stopped and when i try to resume the installation it says "Renew your membership to play this game" even though i already have xbox live gold.

    Cant download assassins creed 4

    I'm having this same issue. I just got it with the free games for gold and when I dry to download it, it keeps saying "can't download". I hope that something is figured out soon. It happens when I try to download the other free game for gold, as well.

    I saw there is an issue with purchasing and downloading content but it only shows for the Xbox 360 having that issue.

    I would perform whats called a "Hard Reset" turn your device off and unplug your power supply for 10 seconds. Plug it back in and try to start the download again.

    I would perform whats called a "Hard Reset" turn your device off and unplug your power supply for 10 seconds. Plug it back in and try to start the download again.

    I am also having this issue while trying to install both the Sunset Overdrive update and Child of Light for Games with Gold. They continually start downloading and then suddenly stop and it says Installation stopped. I can restart them, but it only downloads
    for a couple of minutes before stopping again.

    Before i start this post please say “bruh” so i know your not a bot thank you so my problem is everytime i try to download black ops 4 the disk downloads but when it says it needs a update the game it keeps stopping at 7% and it keeps saying installation

    No worries... If u have hard drive connected remove it first then try to install. . One more convenient and best way to install the disc is to just insert the disc and when it asks if u want to install and update together .. In that option just use install
    and update later option. . Let the game finish installing and update the game after that... I too had few problems like that and this process solved it.
