Awards gone missing for September 2016

Hi, I am playing Microsoft Sudoku Daily challenges since May 2016. My display ID is ''. Since May 2016 I have consistently won all 3 monthly medals viz. Bronze, Silver as well as Gold. On 23rd December 2016 I won gold medal for December 2016
which was my 8th Gold medals which is also recorded in my Achievement section by unlocking 'Go For Gold' achievement. However in last 3-4 days my Daily challenge badges section shows that I have not won any medals in September 2016. i.e. my history for games
played in September 2016 and where I had won all medals seems to be deleted. Requesting you to please restore my game played history for September 2016 and medals for September 2016.

P.S. I also play Miscrosoft Jigsaw as well as Solitaire and you can compare the history of these games also as a supporting to my claim.

Reqeusting you to do the needful to correct the situation ASAP.

I'm downloading Earthlock now

I was shocked to find out that it was only 4.4 GB, I thought that it was going to be another 20 GB or 30 GB download.

It took me 3 1 / 2 hours to download Warframe the first time before I un-installed it. I didn't like Warframe.

It took me 3 1 / 2 hours to re-download Warframe again before I un-installed it again. I still didn't like it.

Long story short, my download speed is bad

I'm not going to play Earthlock, but since it is a small game I can afford to have it in my HDD.

I have the 500 GB HDD and no external HDD.

This gets even better.So now you are downloading a game that you wont play.So why download it then?

There's an opportunity to try something for free,all it will cost you is about an hour or so of your time so why not try it?

You are never going to find any other games that interest you unless you try something new.

I don't get it though. If a game was only 1kb to download and I wasn't going to play it, I still wouldn't download it, but that's just me.

(1) 4.4 GBs is tolerable for me to download because it is a small file to download

(2) I get a free game that only eats up 4.4 GB from my 500 GB HDD

If Earthlock was game that is 20 GB to 30 GB to download, then it would be a totally different story indeed LOL

What do you mean there is nothing to get? If you are not going to play it, but only download it because it's a small file, why waste your time and hard drive space?

That's seems incredibly silly.

It's like adding songs to your Spotify list even though you aren't going to listen to them because they don't take up much memory. It just adds more stuff to sift through.

 

Why look for logic where it doesn't exist......

 

To each their own even if it pointless. I'm not going to play it so I'm not downloading it. I was going to but after watching gameplay vids I've decided not to.

 

Who the hell just downloads a game because it's a small download if they aren't going to play it?

I somehow doubt you are struggling for hard drive space anyway Lei so what's the point of downloading it?

It makes no sense whatsoever,just like you refusing to try a free game that you are interested in even though you are downloading it in the first place.

Anyway,i'm of to cook some dinner even though i'm not going to eat it.
