    Games with Gold says I need to renew, but I'm already Gold


    Hi,

    Since around Jan 1 I've been unable to use Games with Gold on the tab on the main dashboard. Keeps bringing me to a screen "Time to Renew your Gold" but my Gold Membership doesnt expire until 2017. Any help would be appreciated!

    gold broken

    My gold is up to date but when i try to play any games with gold on xbox one it wont start and it says i need to renew my gold. anyone else have this problem? (360 gold games work fine)

    My xbox one doesnt register my gold membership?!

    So i renew my xbox live gold yearly and the last time i renewed it was in february this year i stopped playing xbox for about 3 weeks and went on today to find that it says i need gold? i tried to put a code in but it says i already have gold so which i
    should do but it says i dont?

    Hey there,

    Once you click the link, Xbox will offer you to renew regardless on how long you have left, It shouldn't matter much, If you scroll across you should find the games with gold are still eligible to download.

    Yeah Gold works across the platforms so you only need gold on your Xbox Live account to use it on 360 and One. You're totally safe to renew, I'm renewed for the next two years already :)

    I know for a fact that it will not even allow me to even connect, as it says there is a problem renewing the account's gold, and then signs me out. The problem is, the Gold Family Plan was renewed around February, and is saying it is out already.

    Nevermind I figured out the issue and my gold expired, but instead of letting me know it is about to expire, it just let it happen and gave me an error message for my game instead of saying I need to renew gold.
