    and games with gold is 360 ONLY and only up until xbox one releases.

    There is no fixed time as far as i know.Normally get them available at about 11am in the U.K. but not always.

    Everything microsoft is based off of United States Pacific Time Zone to the best of my knowledge.

    Games with Gold takes place every 15/16 days (Starts the 1st of every month and goes halfway)

    Yes PSN + craps all over games with gold. So far the total value of the games they released on Games with Gold is less than £20, big whoop Microsoft. PSN + has a LOT more better stuff available all the time.
