Games with Gold purchases not appearing on new Xbox One

I just picked up a new Xbox One console, and in there are games missing from the Ready to Install list. Specifically, I bought Tomb Raider - Definitive Edition when it was free on Games with Gold, and it is not listed. If I go to to the store it
says I have not purchased it. I looked at my download history thru the website, and it only lists my Xbox 360 purchases. Have my Xbox One purchases been discarded/cancelled? Thanks in advance for any assistance on resolving this issue.

Games with Gold Splinter Cell: Conviction

Hi, so I (and it appears others) are having trouble downloading SplinterCellConviction for free on Xbox One/360 as a part of the Games With Gold. It is not appearing in the normal games with gold section - it was there this morning so it appears it has been
removed - and when I go to purchase it on it's own page it is still saying it will cost 8.99 including VAT. People are saying that if you buy you will not be charged but I just wanted to make sure/see when the error will be resolved. Thanks.

Robert Bowling Going Hard With The Ban Hammer!

Any one else noticed all the new players appearing with low gamer scores & low ranks/xp on mw3 yet dominating games with 40+ kills per game? Maybe being a bit paranoid but load of banning going on & New profiles appearing? Sure its just a coincidence

Are you sure you didn't get the 360 version?

Both were available on games with gold

But had to be queued seperately

I'm sure, in March "Tomb Raider" was free for Xbox 360 and in September "Tomb Raider: Definitive Edition" was free for Xbox One. I snagged both of these deals, but the Xbox One purchase is not listed anywhere on my account. Cheers

I have a similar issue. I purchased FoxTales with Gold Subscription and downloaded it. Now I can't see it in my Games or in the Queue. When I go to the store it tells me it is already installed. I am stuck.

Hey there, tom556699! It sounds like you're getting an error with Games with Gold saying to try the purchase on your Xbox. This error appears when your account is a child account. You will need to make the purchase on an Xbox 360 in order to get the Games
with Gold for the Xbox 360 games. Thanks for understanding!

The game Bankshot Billiards 2.was free with gold some time ago, those free with gold games won't appear on your order history, if your oldest purchase its a 2011 purchase means that's the oldest one, note that I'm never saying you did not purchase anything prior to that date, as I mentioned that it's the oldest one on this account so other purchases could be done with another accounts
