Games with Gold purchase trouble on Xbox.com site.

Well when I go to download Xbox One games from the Xbox store the game and everything loads up fine but the button to confirm purchase is nowhere to be found and also I can't seem to get the free 360 games at all unless I go to the desktop site and then
it wants me to add a credit card...for a free game,and yes I do have gold at the moment and I even checked if the site recognizes this fact.

If you have updated your Xbox One console to the latest update you should now be able to purchase Xbox 360 titles on the X1. Or you can find the Easily find the Games with Gold titles on the Xbox.com site and add them to your queue

Can't get backward compatible 360 games free with gold on xbox one

I have xbox live gold and i've been trying to download 360 games that are backwards compatible and free with gold but whenever I try my xbox tells me to do the purchase on xbox.com and xbox.com tells me to do the purchase on my xbox. Is there any way for
me to download the free with gold game on to my xbox. Please note that I do not own an xbox 360 just an xbox one.

The xbox 360 marketplace for one really isnt setup as the preview is still in beta atm

 

You've answered neither of my questions I know that backwards compatibility is not available yet and I said I cannot find the button or click prompt to download Xbox One games from the site and if I need a credit card for the 360 games on the site then well

You can only queue 360 games from the website and only with a creditcard its still free

If you arent getting downoad option are you looking at the right link? Some links ate just ads or trailerz

If you uzed a 2 day or 14 day trial card then you arent gold it only gives you temporary multiplayer access and no games with gold

You can check commerce.mocrosoft.com for your gold status

 

If you dont live in an xbox one region but a 360 live region then you wont have a one marketplace.the xbox one supported regions hasnt caught up with 360 yet

What region is your account?

 

If its one of the smaller régions it may not be supported yet

If you can find your locale on your console it should be able to tell you if your country is supported

I'm not stupid I'm not on a trial if you read the details I said I have gold and now all I want to know is where the prompt to download the Xbox One games on the website should be and that still hasn't been answered.Here is more info,when I go to the page
with the free game it says something like "As a free gold member you can enjoy this game free etc." and yet no download button anywhere on the page.
