Games With Gold problem

Hello.

Well, this month in the store in Games With Gold(GWG) appear a game I want to play but for whatever reason i can't download it without adding payment info(credit card or something like that) any explanation to this?

PS:I had the game before but the disc is broken 'Cause the console scratch it all the possible ways so now is broken, this had something to see with my problem? if it is, what can I do to solve it?

Sorry if something is wrong, I speak spanish as my mother language

Problem with Games with Gold

What happens is that it doesn't ask for a payment method, when I click in "download" appears an error message, it says: "This file is corrupted or it isn't avayable in your region. Please try again".

I don't live in the US, actually I live in Brazil, but my xbox live gold account is from USA, I tried to region migrate my account to the brazillian xbox live but I cant, I've checked the things that can go wrong in the region migration process and none
of those is happening to my account.

Problem with Games with Gold

When the GwG started I successfuly downloaded the games (on demand and arcade), but after the change from microsoft points to real currency, I cannot download the games for free anymore, just the arcade games. I have no credit card in my account. What should
I do, do I need a credit card?

If it's a 360 game and you're trying to download it from the One, you need a credit card or Paypal on file to make the purchase, even if it's free. The 360 store is set up differently and the store on the One/website does not recognize your Microsoft account
balance as a valid payment option for 360 content.

Hi,

The game license was granted to you on your previous region now that you have a different region that license is no longer applies to your current region/account combo as long as you are not on the same region when you "purchased" it. It doesn't matter
if you have an IP from that region or not at the moment as long a your account is on different region that when you "purchased" the game.

I made purchase while in region. Got on my computer and queued it up so that when I got my 360 back I would have it.
