If you haven't tried already please try a quick power cycle on your Xbox One console by holding down the power button for 8-10 seconds until your Xbox One turns off. Once you cycle the power back on give it another go and let us know if you're still having
trouble.

Hey, GVScheibig! Are you able to access your Gold subscription page on the console at all? I believe it might be related to that if you are not able to access your subscription page.

I had this issue, but a power cycle successfully fixed this.

Just hold down the power button on your console for 10 seconds (second beep) and reload it, it should reload all the home page advertisements and reload the store for you.

Hi,

The game license was granted to you on your previous region now that you have a different region that license is no longer applies to your current region/account combo as long as you are not on the same region when you "purchased" it. It doesn't matter
if you have an IP from that region or not at the moment as long a your account is on different region that when you "purchased" the game.

I made purchase while in region. Got on my computer and queued it up so that when I got my 360 back I would have it.
