    Games with gold on Xbox 360 not updated for me


    Every time when i sign in and go to the Games with Gold section on the Xbox 360 it has not been updated to Red Faction 2 and still displays MX unleashed even though its not available with games with gold since August 15th. For me the other sections like
    deals with gold just redirects me back to Mx unleashed part. Ive reset my console (Xbox 360) and used another profile and still its the same thing. I dont think its a problem with just me because u have 3 Xbox 360 slims and they all display the same thing.

    sorry if im confusing this is my first thread but the image will explain what it directs me to and displays as current games with gold even though its not.

    By the way I have Xbox Live gold but keeps saying ‘go gold’ as you can see in the image below.

    Cannot purchase "free" 360 games on Xbox one or Xbox.com

    It has always been like that not unless there will be an update regarding in redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on the website. Xbox 360 marketplace has a different structure than on Xbox One Store. Xbox 360 games with gold on the website will need a payment
    method. In Xbox 360 console, you won't need one. Currently, you can't redeem Xbox 360 games with gold using Xbox One console and still under progress about redeeming Xbox 360 games with gold on Xbox One console. Either get the games using an Xbox 360 console,
    or get the games on the website with a payment method.

    Sorry to hear about your issues with your gold subscription! Can you provide some screenshots of the subscription status on your Xbox 360?

    Also, you can test your connection on your 360. This will update the status to Gold.

    Update me and let me know what your situation is after that.

    Games with Gold - Borderlands not available?

    A future update (March's, probably) will allow you to see the Xbox 360 Games with Gold in the Xbox One's 'Gold Hub', and will allow you to purchase the game from the Xbox One itself, so going forward you should not run into this. Until then, all Xbox 360
    games need to be "purchased" on Xbox.com or Xbox 360, as was the case here.

    XBOX 360 - June 4th, 2014 Update

    Incorrect, the update for the 360 removed the paywall for apps like Youtube, netflix etc, you won't need to be a Gold member for apps. Online gaming, Free Games with Gold do require Gold membership. The update applies for Xbox One aswell but has more updates
    e.g external usb HDD support.

    This just happened to me I downloaded an update and started playing Wolfenstein The New Order and my Xbox One is acting like I don't have gold while my 360 still says I'm a gold member
