Hi, What`s wrong with GAMES WITH GOLD this month ??? I have Gold Access but I still can`t obtain gold games for this month...Still want for me full prize of both games

They should be available now, look on Xbox.com

Currently they is for 360: Monkey Island: Special Edition 1st November till 15th then Far Cry: Blood Dragon from the 15th November till the 30th

Xbox One they is: Super Dungeon Bros and then Murdered: Soul Suspect from the 16th November to the 30th

Hi! Be sure to select the game included in games with gold this month some editions of the games may not be included. Also, are you sharing gold with the accounts on your console? The download of the game must be done with the account
sharing the service with the others.

Games with Gold for November, then you may wish to double-check your subscription to make sure that it is up to date and current as if it is not, then it would ask you to purchase the game. You can check your subscription status by logging into your Microsoft
account and checking in
your billing and payment history.

Another reason that it may ask you to purchase is that it may not be yet released for the month as yet.

I can understand your frustration however we are going to need more information from you before someone can help you.

Which games are you having a problem with? I see both Battlefield 1 and Assassin's Creed on my Xbox One console via the Games with Gold game tiles.

How are you trying to access them? Xbox console? Windows 10 PC? Other?

Are you receiving an error message? We'll need to know what that is in order to help you out further.

 

I try that on xbox (console) in games with gold and also on the internet browser in section games with gold. I was connected to my account but in both cases when I clicked on game ( battlefield 1 or Assassins Creed) and wanted to obtain that they wanted
for me full prize...I have 2 years gold access and this problem I have first time

 

I`m trying it trough xbox console and windows 10 PC ... Battlefield 1 is okey now and it`s works... but still can`t obtain Assassin`s Creed...I don`t have AC in offer. Over windows 10 PC don`t have any offer or price for that game and on xbox console wrote
that game is not compatible for my country. (I`m from Slovakia)

 

You may need to wait for a Microsoft agent to help you with your country issue if they can, sorry but I can't help with that.

Assassin's Creed is a 360 game and in order to download that on your console you need to have a valid credit card added to your profile even if the price is Free. Your credit card won't be charged but it is checked before you can get access to the Get/Install
button.

I could understand how that could be frustrating, but let's see if we can help you out.

When you get a chance, I'd suggest going ahead and removing and redownloading your account following the steps outlined here How
to add or remove a Microsoft account on Xbox One on and see if that helps clear up that issue.

The Games With Gold games can vary by region, so that could be why you are not seeing the AC in your offer for Games With Gold. But it could also be a different reason for this, best to double check that though. You may want to get in touch with some one
from
