    I have a gold account and have downloaded the free games on my Xbox One, but I can not find any games with gold on my xbox 360. Am I only allowed to get games with gold on one console? I've asked this before and told I should be able to get the free games
    available for each console yet I can not for the life of me find a games with gold tab or window on my xbox 360.

    Tenure will not update

    My tenure no longer shows on my X1 profile. Shows as the correct 6 years on my 360 profile though. Noticed it not showing in X1 a few weeks back but no one can give me a reason why. They said my gold must have lapsed yet I renew my gold same time each year
    even before it expires.

    Under my subscriptions on X1 it still shows gold valid until 11/15 but not showing on profile. Any reason why or how to fix? Already did multiple power cycles and recoveries as well.

    Depending on which region your account is set to, then your dashboard will be different to others. My xbox 360 dashboard (uk) shows the gold tile on the home tab at the bottom of the screen. It just says gold. If you select it, it shows deals with gold,
    and the games with gold (Currently F1 2013).

    It doesn't always show up. Best way is just to go online every month.

    When I use the online stores free games with gold sectios, even though it says right there I have gold. I still see prices for games that should be free. However when I click the price to buy it, the next window says confirm purchase, price=free. I'd test
    this further by clicking confirm but I'd hate to have it charge my credit card and create another mess.

    Can anyone help? The fact that I haven't been able to get games with gold on my 360 for over a year is infuriating.

    When it says free on the confirmation page, you shouldn't get charged.

    As a work around you can also get the games for gold via:
    www.xbox.com/.../games-with-gold     and purchase them via that page

    WPAK- that is the url I used. even though It says free when it is time to confirm purchase, I don't trust it and it does nothing for the whole year of games I missed out on because I was not able to download.
