Games With Gold not downloading

I used to download and enjoy my free game with gold until 2 months later, the system keeps telling me "This game is not available for your console's region"

now, Should i just sell the Xbox and try purchase any other gaming system !! cause i can't use many features of my golden membership though i paid for a year subscription?

Games with gold title not downloading

i came on today and i went to see what the new gold game was which was Evolve but when i pressed the 'get' button and it went to my queue. i went on and checked the progress but all of the items were on queue even after i 'installed now' it still didnt work.
can anyone help me?

 

i am experiencing the same problem currently and it is frustrating because the xbox support system is a waste of time, NO HELP NO!! FEEDBACK!!

 

It's not an actual wasdte ok here is the solution what is the region of you'r console is it a US console ?

If so do you live in a ntsc region ?

Console region and account region. And actual region has to match so if you buying a UK game and using a US console it won't work if you are in Brazil and using an us account that won't work either you would have to use a Brazil account
