    I take Assassin's creed 4 Black Flag a few month ago with the games with gold and i played it. But now the games is missing from my xbox and my library.

    Do you have any solutions for recovers it ?

    Can you check commerce.microsoft.com to see if the games are listed as having been purchased there? If it is listed there then there may be a billing issue and you would need to call phone support for further assistance (1-800-469-9269 in North America).

    If the games are not listed on that page then for some reason they did not purchase properly and I'm afraid that, if they were GwG games, that there is nothing we can do to help with this.

    I'm having the same issue. Was purchasing/reserving the Games with Gold for XB1 since April and just got my XB1 last month. Was able to get August's and this month's free games no problem but was unable to download anything from before then.
