Games with Gold missing

I have reserved various Xbox One games that have been free with Games on Gold on my Xbox 360 over the last few months (e.g. Rayman Legends which I specifically remember reserving). I have just got an Xbox One but the games I reserved aren't in my queue and
I can't see how I can access them. Please can you help?

You said you were looking in the Store to see what their game pages say, but have you looked under Ready to Install on the console? If not, go to My Games & Apps and scroll to the far right and wait there until the grey area that says "Get more content in
the Store" (or similar wording) is replaced by a list with the title "Ready to Install". Do you see Rayman Legends in that list?

Are you sure they are not in the ready to install section?

No they don't seem to be there, only this month's games

 

I could be wrong, so don't quote me. I thought I had read that on the xbox one, you had to have downloaded the game within the game's free period at least once in order for it to be attached to your account.

Can anyone confirm?

 

Hey guys I need some help because the thing is I have gold however my xbox one doesn't let me get games with gold but I am able to play with my friends

 

Your profile shows silver,what kind of gold sub do you have?are you paying monthly by card/paypal,using a trial(24/48hr) or using the gold sub cards?

I'm having the same issue. Was purchasing/reserving the Games with Gold for XB1 since April and just got my XB1 last month. Was able to get August's and this month's free games no problem but was unable to download anything from before then.

 

^^ Did your Gold subscription lapse at any time? If you don't keep your Gold sub, you won't have access to those games.

To put it bluntly... you all haven't really missed out on anything. The games they've offered have been rather poor, in my opinion.

You don't need to download the games in the month that they are free with gold,

they should appear in your "Ready to install". It can take a little time to populate, try holding both triggers and pressing the Y button to refresh the screen.

 

Please remember that you need to have an active Gold membership to play the Free Xbox One games you get from Games with Gold.
