Did online chat for over three hours before the support rep finally accepted there was something wrong with my purchase history record and elevated the problem to the next level for investigation. During the chat I had to repeatedly provide information I’d
already given. Poor service, marks out of ten.... 2

Have to wait now for an email to tell me what’s gone wrong.

Yeah even the GWG do not show up in my order history.

One place that they should show up (mine do) even the GWG is if you sign in at account.xbox.com and go to my games tab at the top right now it will only show your Xbox one games but that right now is the ones your looking for.

I have run into this problem also, no idea why it began, it HAS to be something that MS is aware of and working to correct. My work around has been manually searching out games in the store, it still has them flagged as owned and able to download thankfully.

Hello South,

We recommend just
uninstall and reinstall the profile. When you uninstall the profile hold the power button on the console until it shuts off. Wait 10 seconds then turn on. Once it boots back to home screen, then reinstall the profile.

I’m pretty sure I did follow the correct procedure when I deleted all the profiles, I had the Microsoft website ‘how to’ page on my tablet when I tried that already. Also, wouldn’t the console reset do that anyway ? I’m loathed to try that all again because
I have NFL GamePass on the Xbox and I don’t want to screw that up with too many device logins.

At this point we would suggest
Requesting a Callback from one of our Xbox Billing Specialists so we can clear this up since it looks like it might be coming from a licensing issue and we can do a deeper investigation on it. Give it a shot and let us know how it goes!

purchase history on your Microsoft Account to ensure the redeem line is on the history.

I’ve reviewed my purchase history and none of the free GWG titles appear there, even the ones I still have access to.

Short answer, no bud. Even if the game is GWG it does come up in the order history as a transaction for 0.00 since technically the license is bought for 0.00. Check it out and let us know if we can further assist with this or any other issue or inquiry!
