    Hi! I contact you because I would like to solve a problem with a game. Last year I downloaded the Dead space 1 game with the games with gold service. after a while I also made the ea access service where I discovered that the game was present. when
    the subscription and access expired dead space 1 had disappeared from ready-to-install games. it seemed to me very strange, and in fact this week, during which the game on the store is on offer, I found that I can download it directly from the store, but having
    it installed and then uninstalled, game play does not appear between the games ready for installation. I wanted to ask you kindly if there was a chance to keep the license with the games with gold in order to keep the game ready for installation. waiting for

    Dead Space - Unable to play

    I downloaded Dead Space in April on games with gold and when trying to play it today I was unable to play it. I was told by xbox support to uninstall and reinstall the game but upon uninstalling it I am no longer able to download it as it is not in my ready
    to install queue. The game also wasnt showing in my licenses on xbox.com

    Unfortunately the games disappear from both Install and Ready to Install lists

    Hey Evil,

    Thank you for responding. If you cannot find Dead Space 3 or Dantes Inferno under your orders or under your "Gold" section, you might have only installed the games through EA Access and not gained the game licenses through the Games with Gold program. This
    is merely a possibility but it could be the case seeing the information your provided.

    Games not showing in ready to install list?

    This may not be the same situation as yours but games in my ready to install list disappear sometimes. Other times games that are already installed will show up as ready to install. I just ignore it and the problem fixes itself.

    Having problems and can't download Dead Space on my Xbox one!

    Still doesn't work. The game doesn't come up on the ready to install list and neither does it come up on any of my other accounts. When I go on games with gold and click on Dead Space, it doesn't say install but it says 'Show Price' and next to it it says
    'Free with EA Access'

    I don't know what else to do.

    I currently have 118 games installed on my xbox and 209 in my ready to install section. My favorites are both Red Dead games which are simply amazing. I love the Dead Space franchise even the 3rd one kinda even if it wasn't as good.
