I see, that the game is discounted, but why is it only discounted instead of being for free? We still have Sept. 30, right? So it schould be for free, not discounted, as mentioned in https://news.xbox.com/en-us/2019/08/29/games-with-gold-september-2019/.

It does state that the offer was for September 1st - September 30th, the 30th being the last day, but it would not be available all day. The Microsoft store has designated times for sales/promotions, and that time may have been placed to end the deal earlier
today.

Apologies about not being able to obtain the game, we wish that more could be done about this.
