Games With Gold Have Disappeared From XBox One S

Tried the above - nothing in Ready To Install. As far as I know the Gold subscription is active, and has always been.

Can you check under https://account.microsoft.com/services/ if the Gold subscription *really* is active? Maybe there was a billing issue, or some other reason that caused
your Gold subscription to be cancelled unexpectedly?

Thanks for coming to the forums with your question. In my games and apps it will say gold do you see a number beside that. These are the games with gold. Also like Smwutches stated if the gold subscription has expired, than they will not show up until you
renew it. The Xbox live gold subscription needs to be active to access the games with gold you have got.

Are you sure the account that has the gold subscrption is the same account that was used to get the games with gold?

You have to be signed into the same account that had gotten the games with gold with an active gold subscription for them to show up.

longer available even though it was free with gold due to the developers of that game. Is there a specific game you were looking for that was free with gold?
