That's just the way it goes,i own the majority of games offered in GWG.I highly doubt you'll get a refund as you are not entitled to one.

You can try contacting support and speak to billing, but generally no.

If you only have standard Game Pass, you still need Gold to play online. If all you want to do is play the games you already own online, then you'd just want Gold.

You can also get Game Pass Ultimate which is a combined subscription of Gold, Game Pass for Console, and PC Game Pass which also includes access to cloud gaming. It's cheaper than buying Gold and standard Game Pass individually.

No matter what subscription you buy, you'll be able to continue playing games you already own the same way you already do.
