Games with Gold games missing?

Is anyone else missing a few of their downloaded "Games with Gold"

I know I downloaded some games, but didn't save them on my console assuming they'd stay in my account. But now they are gone. I have a few achievements to prove I had/played them, but the games are gone. I'm wondering if anyone else is missing games, or
specifically if they are missing the games I'm missing. I for sure have been downloading/adding all games with gold to my account for the last 2 years, but several are missing.

Missing xbox 360 games include:

Walking Dead season 1

Sleeping Dogs

Assassins Creed Black Flag

Dirt 3

Along with a few others I don't care about.

Missing xbox one games include:

Costume Quest 2

World of Van Helsing: Death Trap

Lovers in a Dangerous Space Time

Along with a few others I don't care about.

There may be some others, but as I mentioned I remember downloading/adding them to my account, but then I would uninstall them to save space with intention to play/re-download later. Not all of my GwG games are missing, but I wanted to play some of these
and now I have to buy them??? How does GwG actually work? Thanks!

I've had people call me arrogant in the past because I do act like I know everything from time to time and although I don't know everything, I do still know a lot and try to approach things from a practical standpoint whenever I can - I've become significantly
more humble and careful with things I say over the past few months due to past transgressions with other posters as well.

As for how much I game, it has indeed come to a point where I'm on the forums more than I game, but I do still use my Xbox consoles to play games and do other things - at least 3 hours a day if I were to put a number to it, which is a lot considering all
of the other things I make time for in my life.

Regardless of what you or anyone else thinks of me, I'm here because I enjoy it and the people I socialize with (most of the time). I also enjoy helping others whenever and wherever I can. If I end up being wrong about something, I accept that and move on
(which I admit I didn't often do in the past) rather than holding a grudge - after all, those are the worst things to have.
