Games with gold game removed

I used to have access to Burnout Paradise through games with gold. I recently tried a trial of EA access, when the trial has ended it has removed access to Burnout Paradise even though I had access to the game before the trial started. Any idea how to
get the access back?

Nevermind, apologies for the question. Turns out it was the 360 version that was free and I had installed the xbox one version (when I had EA access). So I haven't lost it, just trying to launch the wrong format.

Check to see if the game is in your Microsoft account purchase history, on your computer, if it is not then you may not be logged in on the account that the game was purchased with. This link might help.

What console are you using? Do you still have a Gold Subscription?

Xbox one. I do still have a subscription to xbox gold but that is irrelevant as you keep the free games, at least according to the xbox games with FAQS you do.

Not sure if it will be in the purchase history, it was one of the free ones from 3 or 4 years ago.

Also I've been on https://beta.support.xbox.com/contact-us , there doesn't seem to be an option to contact support other than to phone them and I'd rather just email
than waste an hour of my life trying to get support to realise there's an issue that can't be fixed by clearing your cache and turning the console off and on again.

It's telling me to sign in or renew subscription for 1 of 3 services. 2 are current and the 3rd, EA access, I recently had a trial of. Burnout paradise was part of that as well but I already had access prior to the trial.
