Games with Gold game not working

I dont have access to the old account anymore. I successfully re-installed it with the new account so does that mean it was originally installed with this account?

Hello! if you installed it with a different account you can't reinstall it from another account since the newer account didn't redeem the game when it was free with gold. Do you still have access to the other account?

Hello Francia J. I appreciate your response. I did the thing you suggested the day before I found out that the game wasn't working, because I was having issues with another game in a similar way. So it had no effect on this one. I spoke on the phone with someone from Xbox earlier and found out that EVERY game I might have originally gotten from Games with Gold will say that I don't own it or don't have access to it because they took ALL of the games that had ever been given with Games with Gold and made them unplayable if you don't have an active subscription. My sub lagged (because I'm poor) and I guess the system didn't catch that I wasn't supposed to be playing the game until recently so my access has been revoked. Really tired of companies telling me I don't get to have fun because I'm poor. Again I appreciate your response but now I'm frustrated for a whole different reason. It even took access to games I paid for, so now I have to go through my list and call again. Sigh.

In regards to the games that you owned, make sure to check the license by signing in to https://account.microsoft.com/billing/orders to ensure that you own the game.
