Can't play games with Gold suscription

On February 9 my Gold suscription has automatically renewed (i received the billing mail from microsoft). Today (february 12) i can't play any game given with games with Gold.

I start the game and then receive a message to "verify my Gold suscrption"!

 

Garbage with gold yay!

$75 in value? Looks more like 5 bucks to me. I'll still download them and see how bad they is. Also they've done all the gears now!

 

I'm kind of relieved that there are no offerings that I've been itching for, as I'm falling way behind on my game backlog.

I am happy to see Gears 2, though. That will complete my backwards-compatible digital Gears set.

 

Looks like no free Rocket League then.

Not sure if it's worth the £16/$19 they'll be asking.

On the bright side,i don't have 3 out of the 4 games offered next month so something new to try.

Quite fancy a go of Styx as I enjoyed his sections in Of Orcs & Men on the 360.

 

Daft, I think Rocket League is worth that, But if you want to wait, it may come out with GWG.

Got it on PC and PS4. Including DLC, and will defo pick it up for X1. Love it.

As for the rest, Give me BOOM BOOM Rocket, and Marble Madness and i will be happy with GWG

 

Styx is actually really good! Interesting story, some of the environments look really cool and awesome stealth gameplay! I paid $5 for it and really enjoyed it so not garbage!

 

I was gonna buy Styx a bit back. I thought it'd been delisted. Pretty chuffed to see it here.

Speaking of delisted, I noticed the other day that Overlord 1 is back on the 360 store, after being delisted yonks ago. I guess we might see that on the BC list with Overlord II at some point.

 

Pretty sure there was an Overlord game out a few months back,not a "full" release game but much like the Lara Croft/Tomb Raider spin offs.

Quite enjoyed the Overlord games.

Like I said,quite looking forward to Styx.

 

Yeah Overlord: Fellowship of Evil. I was keen when I saw the cover art on the store, but after looking into a it bit I found it had nothing in common with the Overlord games, and it was getting critically slammed. Cash-in spin-off. =[

But now that you mention it maybe they thought there'd be a resurgence in interest in Overlord so they put the first one back up on the 360 store. So maybe we won't see it on the BC list. {>_>}

 

I'm happy about both X1 games. I don't have either. I was thinking about playing Styx as a new one is in the works.

 

Looking forward to adding Gears 2 to my collection.

 

3 of these have been on psn+ for ages, just saying because I didn't like them than and pretty sure I still won't. Gow2 is loads of fun though.

 

Styx is a good stealth game, must get around to finishing it really. along with the mass amount of games i need to complete also.
