Games with Gold Evolve: Ultimate Edition not Downloading

I know I'm posting this in multiple places, but I have to, since there are 3 Xbox One sections here.

The day this was posted, I attempted to download Evolve: Ultimate Edition from Games with Gold.

The Games with Gold page on the console says I own it. But I cannot play it, and no part of the bundle is downloading.

The Games & Apps page on the console says that the game, and all of the add-ons that come with it, are queued, but nothing is downloading.

One of the add-ons, Torvald, to be exact, is 14% downloaded. And under where it says queued it says: Network: 1.54 MB of 10.84MB.

Everything else, including the main game, is at 0% and queued.

It also says that I own the Hunting Season 1 and 2 Passes, and the Monster Expansion Pack.

I believe I have enough space on the console. I have 74.6% used, and 197.7 GB of space free.

Someone please tell me how to fix this. Or at least tell me how to delete them all from the queue.

My console does this sometimes, try removing everything in the queue and hard resetting the console.
