Games with Gold: error when get the game

The games with Gold of this month we've Castlevania: Symphony of the Night as an option. Unfortunately, the title never starts the download and receives a message that something changed on the webpage.

Is there some change related to this game? Is it no more available into the store?

If you could provide a picture of the issue someone may be able to help a little better. But... Castlevania SotN was free for the first half of the month. If you have tried to download it on this half of the month, then it may not be free anymore. Unlike
the Xbox One games, that stay free for the whole month after they go free, Xbox 360 don't stay the whole month normally if at all. They are typically only available for the 15-16 days in the half of the month they are scheduled for.

If that's not the case try and contact support with the exact details and they should be able to clean it up for you.

Hey there, tom556699! It sounds like you're getting an error with Games with Gold saying to try the purchase on your Xbox. This error appears when your account is a child account. You will need to make the purchase on an Xbox 360 in order to get the Games
with Gold for the Xbox 360 games. Thanks for understanding!

the problem is I was not able to get Dirt Showdown free with games with gold when it was available because of the error

Wanted this game. But get a "Not available in your region" error when i press purchase. First time i've seen that on a "gold" game.
