Games with Gold Downloads *** me over!

I don`t think this disruption in xbox live has anything to do with routers, it has started ever since I downloaded some of these games from xbox and now I can`t play any games online. I get booted like everyone else has been talking about after a couple
minutes. I just bought the new COD game from the store, no download and I get booted basically every 2 rounds if I`m lucky. I`ve tried the profile re-download, I`ve deleted the cache...I`ve tried every bit of advice and no luck.

360 Resetting itself over & over & over & over & over...

I have been enjoying silver membership for the last few months, no issues at all.

I signed up for one month Gold membership last night and went to download the free Bioshock Infinite (Games with Gold)

The download started, there was an audible 'click' and then my console reset itself.

Now my console does this repeatedly in an endless loop.

It's done it before - the common denominator being Games with Gold.

I have cleared the download queue and tried to remove the offending download item. I have also tried clearing the cache.

I'm getting a bit bored of it keep happening. Any advice on how to fix and, more importantly, prevent??

first of all thank's for your quick replys.

As i mentioned before, i'm pretty sure, my account is the master-account on my xbox (auto login and share gold -options are set). Besides I was able to "purchase" "The Incredible Adventures of Van Helsing" on the website of the xbox-store about 2 weeks
ago, without a problem

I didn't change any settings on my xbox one in the meantime ( I know how that sounds, I work in the IT-Support myself).

360 - Games aren't relevant for me in that case.

I used a workaround: I downloaded the game directly on my xbo, but it would be much more comfortable to be able to do this over the website again.

 

hi dude make sure your network connection is high signal and make sure you don't have a NAT error when testing your connection to Xbox live , you can also check for updates and service alerts at xbox.com/status or talk to Xbox support . the same thing happened

I did EVERYTHING they suggested, even got on the phone with someone at microsoft to look into my account. There was no change, no difference lately its gotten SO bad I can't play any game. I want a refund on my money I want a refund on my xbox, games, controllers,
EVERYTHING from microsoft so I can go buy a playstation. Its ridiculous that I can have this much of a problem which is CLEARLY a problem from Microsoft because I've tried EVERYTHING they suggested and nothing worked. Until I get a resolution I'm going to
continue preacing about playstation I NEVER had a problem when I was using one my whole life and I continue having issues with xbox.

I've been having this issue for months now, starting with GTA5 I kept getting kicked out of online which anyone who played would know is like a 5 minute wait to switch back to story mode....and now I can't even get 1 round of COD in? NONE of the games, Advanced,
Ghosts, Black Ops2, even NHL can't support a full game without booting me.

WHY ISN'T XBOX CARING ENOUGH ABOUT THEIR PAYING CUSTOMERS TO HELP?

 

no errors at all when I test, my signal is perfect, I pay for the upgraded internet and I've tried going wired and wireless neither fix the problem.

 

the same problem happenens to me , just buy a playstation and sell all your xbox stuff
