Games with Gold download not available

I have a Xbox live Gold subscription that doesn't expire for several months. I used to be able to download games with gold from the featured tab. However they have disappeared and for several months I've not been able to download any of the games. No problem
with the network connection and am signed with my live account.

any clues???

According to the Games with Gold page for Slovakia, there are currently no available gold 360 games.

Unfortunately not all games are available in all regions and may not be available through Games with Gold. A lot of 360 games are region locked and the only way to download them is if your account region matches your physical location and you are located
in a region where the game is available for download.

 

I was charged for free 'Peggle' game with Xbox Gold

This is from the Games with Gold page:

A trial is not a paid gold membership so you would not qualify for games with gold while using one.Trials only give you access to some xbox live gold features,not all of them so you should not be able to download the free games.

 

OK delete your marketplace data and profile (note check if you remembrr your password)

Then redownload your account

Also if your account region does not match your actual region a lot. Of the games for gold are region locked

 

Thanks, I tried deleting those, in fact everything except downloaded games. No success. I am in the UK and my region States the UK also.
