Games with Gold download glitched and ended up paying for the game instead

Was trying to get the latest bunch of games through “Games with Gold”, and ended up being charged for the Batman Telltale Series instead of receiving it for free – I was logged in on the same account and my Xbox Live account is active. Unsure why this has
happened.

I’m now trying to request a refund but the Microsoft Support site shows me an error message saying it’s down.

Has anyone come across this issue before?

Is there another way to request a refund other than the “refund information” link on the Order History page?

Not sure if it is different than the information that you saw on the Order History page. I hope it helps.

Submitting a refund request is the only way to possibly receive a refund. Support no longer handle them directly. Try going through https://support.xbox.com/refund-orders

i personally havent had an issue like that also havent heard anyone else have that issue. which games did you try to install?

It is a good game. and yes there are a few glitches most of which happen close to the end as they're in areas you can't get to until close to the end with the people glitches like any lego game you can pop the code in to unlock them but the gold bricks are
game breakers.

(i don't want to spoil it for you) but there are 2 gold bricks in the clock tower, you need to do one before the other to be safe on it not glitching. (i can't remember which way round so i will look it up for you.)

That is a glitch in the system. If you have payed for the game and downloaded it then disregard the buy now message
