Games with gold download failed due to your sign-in error.

My son and I were downloading a "games with gold" game yesterday 8-15-18, during the time that your servers went down. We could not sign back in. We kept getting a sign-in error. The game we were trying to download was "Death Squared" and it isn't available
on games with gold today 8-16-18. Since this was an issue on your end yesterday, please help me to get this game downloaded. Thank you.

I didn't know that everyone here are fellow gamers. When I called support, they told me that THEY couldn't do anything for me but the forums could. I'm getting the run around. I thought maybe re-posting in the support section would help but I guess I should
call support again. I'm very confused.

Support is supposed to post here, but they havent for several months.

 

It should be listed as Ready to Install in your Games and Apps. You would restart the download there.

Since you started the download, the system should see that you've made the purchase. So if it doesn't give you the install option on the store and it's not in Ready to Install, you'll want to try contacting support for assistance. 1-800-4my-xbox if you're

I have already spoke with 3 people in support. They all refered me to the forums. My son said he had clicked to download the game but it obviously did not go through. We pay for gold and just would like an opportunity to get the game today since it was down

Yeah I wish they'd show back up. Although this is a situation forum support would not be able to do anything about though.

 

I called support again tonight 3 times!) but finally spoke with ano awesome young man who helped me out. My son and daughter are now playing the game. Thanks so much to everyone who helped.

 

Sigh... Then they really should not have diverted the customers here, treating them as a football......
