Hi,

when I open games with gold, I get this error message: "Sorry, there was a problem opening this page. Try again in a little while."

I have been experiencing this error since last week.

I've gone through the steps described here: https://forums.xbox.com/xbox_support/xbox_one_support/f/4268/p/2142927/5617689.aspx

I have checked my account, I have an active subscription. I have security proofs updated. I've checked the network settings, ran tests, all seem to be okay. I've checked the live status, on the web, says live is up and running. I've cleared the cache, rebooted
the console using the power button on the box, pressing and holding for 8-10 seconds until it has stopped. I've deleted my account, rebooted, re-added. Still get the same error.

If I check my subscriptions in Settings -> Accounts, I get a different error, but that doesn't open as well.

Issue while log in to the gold page

Hi all!

It is for a month that I couldn't get in to my Gold page. There is a message: "sorry, there was a problem opening this page. pleas try again in a moment."

I am from Hungary, did anybody else meet this problem?

Cant buy gold on the website nor the console

Can somebody help me when i try and buy a membership on the consol it says "sorry theres an issue with your account to fix the problem visit http://account.live.com or choose a different payment option." i did both btw and still cant buy gold. And when
i try to buy it on this website it says "sorry Try again later" i need help

Sorry for the troubles. The error you are encountering is sometimes related to an account and/or billing issue. As these are public forums, we are unable to assist directly with those issues however you can reach out to phone support via the
Contact Us page for further assistance. When you call in, ask to speak to accounts and billing and see if maybe there's an outstanding balance or another issue preventing your account from
behaving accordingly.

Hello

My region is Hungary , yes I am a gold member. When I try to look at my subscriptions on the xbox one in the options i get this error code: 0x80bd0006

I can play multiplayer , I can get the gold offers , gold games , but I can't view my subcriptions in the options and I can't view the gold section on the home screen. On the home screen it says: sorry there was a problem opening this page. If I go to the
store and go to the subscriptions It says I don't have gold , but on xbox.com I can view it and I have it till 2017/01

Okay, open the Gold version and on the page for that one it should say "Includes:" and list some content, including the base game and some DLC. Click the base game from there and the next page should be as I described, with the "Install" button.

Does that work better? Let us know how you get on.

Do a powercycle: https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-360/console/clear-system-cache and try again, if the error continues, reset the router or try in other network.

and start the subscription at any time during the trial period.
If you don’t currently have a paid Xbox Live Gold subscription, there is no limit to the number of times you can use this type of Xbox Live Gold trial subscription.
