Games with Gold doesn't show the currently available free title.

When I go to the games with gold tile on my xbox360, it doesn't show the currently available free title but the next available title (which is currently not for free). That means that I have no direct access to download my free game. Instead I have to go
to my computer, log on, find on the site the currently free available game, then go back to the console, search for it and then download it (for free).

Currently, games with gold shows dungeon siege III, for 19.99 Euro, while the currently available free title is Dirt3. I had no problem when I Bing-ed Dirt3 on the console, went to the game page directly and downloading it for free. The problem is that the
games with gold tile shows dungeon siege III that will not be free until the second half of November. This was the case for the second half of October as well, when for the whole 15 days metal gear solid 5 was shown for 19.99, instead of a free game.

When I click on a tile that says "download you free game today" I expect to see my free game. Not a game that I need to pay for.

In the past, the currently available free title was shown in the games with gold page on my console, now it doesn't. What has been changed?

Xbox One - Can't get 360 games with gold games in July

Rainbow 6 is no longer available as a free Games with Gold title but we're happy to offer support with Tron. Do you currently have a billing option tied to your Xbox Live account? To "purchase" Xbox 360 titles you do need a valid payment option.

You can also search the web (Especially Major Nelson's Blog) to find the month's Games with Gold titles and then find them in the Xbox store and download them for free. Don't miss out on the games because the tile doesn't show up!

That's exactly my problem. Dungeon Siege is showing right now. I don't care about it until it's free. GWG doesn't show up the free game. It shows something that's not free yet.

 

Hey there, FussiestLyric9! Make sure that your physical region matches both your account region and your console region. This could cause a confliction with what appears on your console.

That being said, each region's Xbox Live experience will vary, and what you see in one region will not be the same in another. For Games and Deals with Gold, your best best is to keep an eye on what to do a search for on your console by checking out
