Games with gold/Deals with gold gone?

I have contacted support 3 times now about this issue with no resolve. For the past 2 month games with gold and deals with gold tiles are not showing up on my son's profile on the xbox 360 dashboard. I have troubleshooted with Microsoft support by clearing
cache on console, removing profile and re-adding it, the updates for the console were also deleted and re-download, the harddrive was removed and re-installed, and still the games with gold/deals with gold aren't showing up, on his profile, yet the games with
gold/deal with gold is showing up on other profiles that are on the same console. Any ideas on how to fix this?

yes when i have tried in the store , games are free . but i may search in store for week’s deal.

I'm not sure. It's possible that those games may not be available in your region. Have you tried searching the games store for those two? If not, give that a try. If they're there and free you can add them.

If you search for the titles separately in the Xbox store are you able to download them for free? Advertisements will be different for different age groups, if your son is using a child account this may be the reason.

 

No the games are not even showing up by doing a search, the advertising on the home dashboard hasn't changed since February on his profile only. Games with gold/deals with gold is showing up on the same console for one child and one adult but not his.

That's quite odd, since this began have you tried redownloading his profile on your Xbox 360? Check out the steps on

this page to redownload his profile. You shouldn't need to remove his profile before redownloading it, but if those steps don't work, try removing his profile,

clear cache three times, and then download profile again.

 

PROBLEM SOLVED! After contacting Xbox support again, I was able to get an agent who figured out that my son's profile had custom content on, which blocked certain games, advertising etc.. from showing up, all I had to do to fix is change the content option
to "adult", who knew! Thanks all for help!
