Games with Gold. Can't download Jedi academy.

When I click the "see price" tab, a window that says "Server Error in '/' Application" comes up and then it has a runtime error message underneath it. What's going on?

Thank you for contacting Forum support.

Sorry to hear there is an issue with purchasing
Backward compatible games.

I recommend to
Power cycle your console and reset your router and modem for 3 mins (turn it off).

Make sure you are using a Debit/Credit Card to "purchase" the Xbox 360 game. Microsoft Currency cannot be use to purchase backwards compatible games on Xbox one only a Debit/Credit Card can (you will not be charged for the game, but you do need valid a
payment instrument).

Also, if your account is set to a child account you will not be able to buy backwards compatible games due to age restrictions. Feel free to try and look though the

Xbox 360 Market place and try the "Purchase" from there.

Others have reported issues with getting that game. Have you tried it on another device? If you continue to have an issue try contacting
Xbox Support to see if they have a resolution.

make sure your gold account is still valid, and you have a valid credit card on file. if both fail, try the mobile app or on the xbox itself.
