i was not able to get on my xbox one for a few months due to not having an hd tv so i played 360 instead then i saw you could purchase and que games with gold xbox one games from your 360 i did that because it was easier then getting on pc. now that im back
on xbox one none of those games where in the que and going to each on in the store said i needed to buy them. i went to xbox live support and talked to 3 different members of there support team and each one told me there is no feature on the 360 where you
can buy the games with gold xbox one games and said i must be confusing it with backwards compatibility. then after telling them there is even a major nelson video on how to do it they continue to deny the features exists. at this point i dont care about getting
the free games i know theres no way to get them but this is some bs its bugged and also xbox is denying it as well?

If you have another account that has an active gold membership that you use/share for all the benefits on other accounts, please check that you have that account set as it's home console.

On the account that has the active Xbox Gold subscription, please do the following:

1. Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
2. Select Settings.
3. Select All Settings.
4. Select Personalization.
5. Select My home Xbox.
6. Review the information, and then do one of the following:
   • Select Make this my home Xbox to designate the console as your home Xbox.
