Games with Gold : Backwards Compatibility

Hi,

I've got an XBOX one and seem to have intermittent problems downloading items from the store especially when it comes to the games in the XBOX-360 backward compatibility list.

The majority of the time the item says the game is unavailable to download now, try again later.

This month I want to download Lego Pirates of the Caribbean for the kids but have not been able to do so.

Please advice.

Games with Gold Titles Included in Backward Compatibility

When backward compatibility launches in November, all future Xbox 360 Games with Gold titles will be playable on Xbox One. That means Xbox Live Gold members now will get more free games to play each month on Xbox One.

Question about Games with Gold X360 backwards compatibility

Ace Combat Assault Horizon is available on the Deals with Gold (used to be Deal of The Week). This is not Games with Gold. As previously stated it is currently not backward compatible. keep checking the back compat pages here

We'd be happy to help, but we'll need a bit more information to do so. So starters, which country are you located in? It's sometimes the case where not all games are available in all regions, so that could be a reason you're seeing an issue with this game.
What error message or error code are you seeing when you try to download Lego Pirates of the Caribbean?
