    Games with gold app has disappeared from dashboard


    Hi,

    As the title says about 2 days ago, the games for gold app or interface that is normally on the dashboard on the right has disappeared.

    I thought it was perhaps a missed update, but I have requested update and it says none available. I have done a full reset and also completely powered off for a night, but still the games with gold is no where to be seen?

    Hi, It appears that I am no longer a participant in the Xbox One Preview Programme or the Xbox Preview Dashboard app has disappeared from my Xbox One. Thank you for any help you may provide.

    Games with gold tile has disappeared from the dashboard home screen.

    A few days ago, I had noticed the games and deals with gold tile that's usually on the home screen had disapeared. I tried doing a hard reset on my Xbox but that didn't seem to work. I reset the dashboard too with LT+RT+Y thinking that would work but nope.
    Just wondering if there's a reason it's gone, or a way to get it back.

    New icons since April update?

    The star simply identifies a game or an app that has already been updated since you last played/launched it.

    It will disappear once you launch it (for games you seem to need to go beyond the menu screen for it to go away).

    It's red because that's your dashboard's theme colour.

    Purchased xbox live gold 20% off deal did not recieve free game

    The promotion disappeared from the dashboard once I confirmed my gold subscription. You can see a small capture of the UK version of the promo here:

    Hi,

    The offer on the console has disappeared from all dashboards for over a week now. The console pre-order was for a limited time anyway. You should still be able to preorder from any retailer or the Microsoft Store website.
