GAMES WITH GOLD ANNOUNCED FOR AUGUST!!

Oh cool. MS throws some bux or other compensation to the publishers for each free download taken, right? I was going to be getting Strike Suit Zero soon; hope they don't take a hit on that.

What free game will be out on 16/08/13?

They announced every game that was going to be free for August for Games with Gold at the end of July

Yeah the controls kinda stump me. I think I would of liked the option to be able to invert them so that the dragon moves the opposite way and aims the opposite way when I control it but aside from that I cant moan. Its not a bad game in my book.

 

Glad I held off on Dishonored, will download that ASAP.

 

I was close to buying Crimson Dragon several times. I'm glad I held off.

 

I am happy it is a different selection of games this month.

 

Good news! Will be downloading both ASAP! Will the X1 games be released at the same time?

 

Crimson Dragon - knew this would be 1! I will pick this 1 up and give it a whirl.

Strike Suit Zero - don't particularly have an interest in this 1, but I'll still give it a try.

Dishonoured - from what I've heard about it, I'll definitely be getting this 1, especially since I can rub the fact that I got it for free in my older brother's face (he paid for it)!

Motocross Madness - I don't really like Motocross, but I'm willing to try this 1 out so i can compare it to the Trials series, which I know I like.

 

ASAP = August 16th. Heh.

The only game I am interested in for the month of August = Minecraft for the One. Release it already, damnit!

 

Now, I know I'll have 5 new games in a single month. Wow!

 

Crimson Dragon: I was interested in this game when during the E3 2013 conference but lost track of the game. I'll be downloading this game for sure.

Strike Suit Zero: Don't know anything about this game at all. I'll have to research it to see if I'm going to download it.

But looks like a good selection of games for this month. I'm pleased. I'm surprised at how much I have enjoyed Guacamelee.

 

Whether I like them or not, I download them anyways just so I can say, "I own [insert amount here]Xbox games." It's partially how I can say I own 300+ Xbox 360 games.

August will be the 3rd time a GwG game gets put up that I've had purchased prior and still haven't completed. First was Max & Halo, now Strike Suit 0. And that's just XB1 titles. I gotta stop doing these impulse digital purchases and stick to only buying
AAA games that they won't give away for years.

 

I've got both of the 360 ones, but none of the Xbox One titles, so that's a win!
