Games With Gold and Xbox Live Arcade

What is up with all the Crap games that "Games with Gold" are giving to xbox one owners???? Really??? It seems as if 360 owners are getting better games. Also, the xbox one has been out now for almost 2 years now, and there is STILL no xbox live arcade,
really????? Let's get on the ball people. Is xbox live really that cheap, that they cannot give xbox live users a new "Good" game once in a while????

- Arcade white = Old Arcade Game

- Arcade orange = New Arcade Game

- Arcade for XBox Live Gold Only = Does not exist. However, if you don't have Gold, you can't play the multiplayer modes of these games.

- Arcade games you can physically buy = there is no way to know if a hard copy of a game exists just by looking it it in the marketplace.

Games on Demand ALWAYS have a hard copy version, but few arcade games do.

- Arcade games you can only download and can play later/Arcade games that you can download and can't play later = Arcade games don't "expire", if that's what you mean. You can play them forever once you downloaded them.

There's been some great games on GWG on the xbox one,just because you don't like them doesn't mean they are "crap".

Xbox live arcade is now called ID@Xbox on the xbox one.

 

Have you actually downloaded and played the offerings on the Xbox One? Child of Light was a great game, and I really enjoyed Guacamelee. Granted they may not be what you call premium games, but 'Good' games they definitely are!

Am I not right in saying there is no Xbox Arcade on the One, hasn't it been replaced by the Indy
L: ID@Xbox programme?

 

Xbox Acrade is no longer. Games are just Ganes. And ID@Xbox is the Indi Developer prgram

Games with Gold is alright at the moment. And will only get better with time.

This is very simple. Download the games that interest you, disregard the games that do not.

If you are feeling bored of your current game library, try the game you didn't want to download. It may surprise you.

What would you like? The latest AAA title each month for free? Get outta here with that "crap"

 

If only most GWG complainers, like OP here, defined what 'good' means to them, we'd have more productive discussions.

 

As for why the 360 is getting better games look no further than the age of those games in most cases. When we see the One having games that are 2+ or more years old they may come to GWG. But do not expect newer games really unless it is some indie game
or something. And that will be a common complaint with the good games, that they are good but everybody has them that wanted them.

I will say that I have gotten some good games on the GWG on the 360. Have not played Rayman yet but I will like it. And Guacamelee was a fun surprise that I finished all the way.

 

Xbox or MS is under no obligation to "give" Gold members anything..... GwG is a bonus to all who buy a Gold membership.

 

Seems another has felt the slap.
