Are you sure the account that has the gold subscrption is the same account that was used to get the games with gold?

You have to be signed into the same account that had gotten the games with gold with an active gold subscription for them to show up.

.. Hello the problem is that since you did not buy the gold in all the accounts what you have to do is enter the account where you have the gold and then enter the account that does not have it obviously the gold then you enter the game with the no gold
account and when you enter the game and you are in the loby of that game you can log out of the account that if you have the gold to enter another
